case(s)

This Provençal style of dry rosé was made from 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Merlot. The grapes were harvested in September, a bit earlier than for red, and the pale juice quickly run off the dark skins for a lighter wine. 12% alc. The Cabernet Franc gives the wine its refreshing acidity and a satisfying, mineral edge, while the Merlot plumps it out with a little extra fruitiness. Pale, a very pretty pink, fruity and dry rosé you can drink this all year round with any food that's quite spicy - whether it be a Thai green curry or a pizza with chorizo.
