Pale with that a light golden, green hue. It has a powerful steely nose and is rich, dry and viscous with a good balance of fruit and acidity. The finish lingers on and on. Wonderful Chablis—nothing better with oysters and Dover sole. A Classic.Wine data

About Chablis
Good Chablis from the stony limestone soils of the most northern vineyards of Burgundy is one the most satisfying of all wines made from the Chardonnay grape—steely, bone dry and perfect as an aperitif or with fish. Its unique qualities seem not to be able to be replicated by the new world.
