Our house Claret selected from Saint Emilion vineyards and blended exclusively for us by larger than life Jonathan Maltus, producer of Château Teyssier and Le Dôme, one of Saint Emilion’s greatest (and most expensive) wines. A really superb everyday wine and is far more than just a normal Claret.

This is a fresh, fruity wine with good concentration and a long finish. this is full bodied, rich and will be drinking very well for the next 4-5 years.

1 bottle Mas de Cadenet Sainte Victoire, Côtes de Provence 2010
This award winning Rosé from the foothills of Sainte Victoire is exactly what you would expect of a very serious Provencal Rosé: dry, wonderfully delicate, with a lovely salmon colour and a complex fruit and floral bouquet. Stunning value for a wine of this caliber.

1 bottle Père Anselme La Reserve de l’Aube, Vin de Pays d’Oc Syrah-Merlot 2010
Excellent value, easy drinking Syrah-Merlot based red from the Languedoc with a great bouquet that can be matched with any meal, or just as easily drunk on its own. Punches well above its weight.

1 bottle Domaine Octavie, Sauvignon Touraine 2010
A wonderful, fresh, aromatic Sauvignon from Isabelle and Noe Roubally, who produce very high quality wines in small quantities and with a minimal use of artificial fertilisers and pesticides. This is simply the best Sauvignon Blanc we have tasted from Touraine.
