Lovely Pinot Noir made from vines just outside the village of Pommard, one of the very best red Burgundy appellations. A far cry from the usual thin Pinot Noirs one normally finds for under £10, this is full bodied, rich and will be drinking very well for the next 4-5 years. Excellent value!

Lovely parcel from the Janny’s fantastic one-hectare vintage in Savigny les Beaune, one of the greatest sources of good value red wine in the Côte d’Or. A smooth yet powerful red wine—berry fruits with a hint of spice. This is ideal for drinking with game.

A parcel of fully mature red Burgundy from the spectacular '99 vintage, which Jancis Robinson described as "the most exciting I can ever remember tasting." Savigny Les Beaune is a constant source of excellent, affordable pinot noir and this wine shows why. Wonderful value for a wine of this quality, maturity and vintage.

This is wonderfully rich, ripe, very fine red Burgundy that is drinking well now and will continue to improve for another 5 years. The 2007 vintage is very good indeed. We would have taken 10 times this amount had it been made.

Single grower Pommards of this quality at this price are almost impossible to find. It’s drinking surprisingly well now but will get better and better with a few years in the cellar. Snap it up while you can!
