Our tasting notes

A deep purple with fresh Sloe and the spice of a top quality gin on the nose. It has the perfect balance of viscosity and sweetness which is cut through by the gin to leave a luscious warming finish.

About sloe gin

Sloe gin is a liqueur flavoured with sloe berries, which are a small fruit relative of the plum. This uses the traditional method of making sloe gin which is to infuse gin with the berries, sugar is required to ensure the sloe juices are extracted from the fruit.
