The nose oozes with honey and butterscotch aromas. It is full bodied, has good acidity and is well balanced with a lingering and lasting finish. Hints of bananas and passion fruit. This is a serious wine that competes with white Burgundies many times its price and is drinking really well now. Poached turbot with Hollandaise would go really well with this wine!Wine data
