Our tasting notes

A lemon yellow in colour, with lovely ripe gooseberry and elderberry fruit characteristics. The dry palate has a well balanced body and crisp lemon peel acidity, with the screwcap ensuring that the wines retains its fresh, crispness over time. It is easily enjoyed with food or on its own as a delicious aperitif.
