Château Brillette, Moulis-en-Médoc, Imperials 2000

Imperial 600cl bottle: £205.00

From the legendary 2000 vintage, the Château Brillette Imperials represent superb drinking. In terms of value, we're not sure it gets better than this. From a property with some of the oldest vines in the Médoc region and a third generation Estate, this Château Brillette 2000 outshines most of the other wines from this appellation. Tasted just last week, we have bought all of the Imperials available to us. This represents remarkable value. The property have no bottle or magnums available in their cellars and we have secured all we have of this wonderful Claret in larger formats which is perfect for drinking now.

Our Tasting Notes

Delightful tobacco and cedar nose with dark fruits and elegance. On the palate, mid-weight with dark berries and delicious softness. The finish is long with richness and tannins. This is fully mature and drinking beautifully now.
