A fantastic mature claret from the 2006 vintage. When tasted in the office we were stunned by the quality and class of this wine. Fine nose of red currant berries, fresh and fruity mouth, fine tannins, silky texture. A wonderful fully mature 2006 Bordeaux. Drink now over the next year. A real treat for any occasion, especially at the price.

About

Château Dudon is a beautiful family estate located in the Entre Deux Mers region. The vineyard covers 40 hectares and dominates the Garonne river. Thanks to the proximity of the river, the estate benefits from a particular microclimate, avoiding frost in the spring. Château Dudon was reinvigorated thirty years ago by the talented winemaker Jean Merlaut, he has long occupied the Château de Rayne Vigneau and manages the famous Ch Gruaud Larose in the commune of St. Julien.
