Château Vieira, AOC Bordeaux 2006

75cl bottle: £11.95 £10.95

Case of 12 75cl bottles: £143.40 £131.40

case(s)

About once a year, we find a fabulous Bordeaux at a staggeringly good price. From the excellent 2006 vintage, Château Vieira is a delightfully fresh, fruit driven wine with at least another 3 years life ahead of it - we have bought all we could from the property. For those of you who were lucky enough to stock up on our Clos l’Eglise earlier in the year, this is arguably even better.

At a price of just £11.95 a bottle, this is way below what you might expect. So much so that we actually thought they had made a mistake at the Château!

The wine is perfect drinking now. Produced on this 100 hectare estate to the south west of Bordeaux on the Gironde, we think this is one of the most exceptional value for money Bordeaux wines we have found & that you would be crazy not to try a case at this price. We all warmly endorse this claret
