Sparklers Mixed Case
This mixed case includes four bottles each of the following wines;
Jules Larose Blanc de Blancs, Sparkling Brut
Finding a good sparkling wine from France at under £10 is a challenge, and we pride ourselves on sourcing this delicious fizz made with colombard and chenin blanc, both of which give the right level of acidity. This dry and crisp Blanc de Blancs is rich and complex with fresh floral flavours. Perfect by itself or for parties at only 11% alcohol.
Blanquette de Limoux 'Saint-Hilaire', Aimery
A superb bottle-fermented sparkler from the South of France. More fruit-forward and softer than its more northerly cousin in Champagne, with orchard fruit, pear and white peach on the palate, a crisp, dry finish and a persistent fizz. Exceptionally popular and often mistaken for much more prestigious sparkling wine.
Cremant d'Alsace, Domaine Viticole de Colmar
A new wine to our range, made in the traditional method, just like Champagne. This is a blend of white Alsatian varieties (Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Riesling). Brilliant fizz, with a delicate mousse and aromas of white and stone fruits. Still dry, but with a creamy overtone. Jonathan Ray loved it and wrote "...is so gloriously gluggable I simply had to include it."
