Crisp and refreshing Riesling from Domaine Stentz-Buecher. It is a great wine for with food, and will be great with fish, oysters and other seafood over the summer.


Our Tasting Notes

The nose is frank and straight. The typical Riesling characteristics are well underlined by aromas of citrus fruits. The mouth has plenty of lemon, apples and pears which is followed by very good acidity, it finishes with a nice freshness.

This Riesling is located on the Wintzenheim plain and grown on calcareous alluvial soil. The vines span over 50-55 hectares. The wine has a long fermentation in wooden barrels, followed by maturing on lees for ten months.
