The 2020 vintage of Mas de Cadenet is superb to the delight of all our many loyal followers of this organic Provence rosé.
The vineyards of Mas de Cadenet lie in the foothills of the Montagne Sainte-Victoire, and this glorious rosé gets better and better with each passing year and their new 2020 vintage is a lovely pale (wild) salmon pink in the glass. The palate is fresh and vibrant with restrained complex fruit flavours of red berries and white summer fruit with a hint of rose petals, and just the right amount of zippy acidity to give it grip on the finish, and the alcohol is a modest 12.5%.
This is as good a rosé as you will find from Provence at an affordable price.
How does this wine taste?
Lightly coloured, with a delicate nose with scents of citrus and spices. The mouth is fruit forward and refreshing.

"Very pale pink and imbued with the fragrances of crushed stone and sun-dried herbs, the 2019 Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire Rosé is the embodiment of the appellation.
