The delicate spritz abounds with pear and apple aromas, a sweet lemon twist and burst of citrus zest. This is not a sparkler in the classic sense but a much welcomed, modern white wine where a gentle, invigorating effervescence gives way to fresh, summery aromas and flavours of white flower and orchard fruit that go on and on.
