This award winning Rosé from the foothills of Sainte Victoire can be found in some of the very best Michelin starred restaurants throughout France, and with good reason. It is exactly what you would expect of a very serious Provencal Rosé: dry, wonderfully delicate, with a lovely salmon colour and a complex fruity and floral bouquet. We drank lots of it this summer and will be having it with food in the cooler seasons. Stunning value for a wine of this calibre. This wonderful Provencal Rosé also comes in some of the most spectacular Magnum bottles we've seen.

The climate here is France's most Mediterranean, with long hot summers and minimal rainfall. As a wine growing region Provence has almost become synonymous with Rosé, most of which is consumed locally.

"This certified organic estate has been in the Negral family for seven generations. Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah give a classic Provence pink: elegant, dry, perky acidity, and tart citrus and red fruit flavours. A serious wine for this price." 90 Points, Tina Gellie, Decanter
