Chateau Bellini Rosé, Coteaux Varois-en-Provence 2020
This special parcel of Château Bellini 2020 is a serious and very fine rosé from Tom Bove, the former owner of Miraval which he sold to Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. The cabernet sauvignon and syrah in the blend give this cool climate rosé an enticing depth of flavour after over a year in bottle. It is delightfully fresh and crisp with a satisfying bite from just the right amount of acidity. Decanter gave the wine a much deserved 93/100 points.
Overall this is an excellent rosé to drink now - and all the year round for at least the next two years. The only drawback - this is special parcel but we were not able to buy as much as we wanted to.
