Still pale in colour, but starting to take on an attractive golden sheen. Striking aromas of apricot,peach and pear with pronounced honeyed notes. Certainly sweet, but not cloying, and perfectly balanced with a tangy preserved lemon and nectarine freshness. Intense tarte tatin flavours with a splash of creme fraiche, a hint of roasted nuts and a long, rewarding finish.
