Quintessential Meursault - expressive and expansive, with broad, waxy ripe citrus and roasted hazelnuts. Nice weight and intensity here with a rich, ripe texture and smoky nuances. Vincent Latour has been running his father's estate since 1998, and is very much a name to watch.

Domaine Sylvain Bzikot
Sylvain only produces a small amount of this opened, fruit-forward Meursault, but does a great job - the soft stone fruit and nutty notes are already quite pleasant and certain to improve in bottle over the next 3 to 5 years.
