It was aged for six months in American oak barrels and is more than ready to drink now. Perfect for a lunch of grilled meats, charcuterie and cheese.
Gran Reserva Cariñena, Marqués de Tosos 2015
Gran Reserva 2015 is, after a prolonged period of ageing (sixty months) before release, simply gorgeous. It has a complex array of aromatic flavours that explode on the palate.
Rioja Crianza, Monte Araya 2020
Luscious, plump and showy on the palate, with plum and blackberry flavours and fine, polished tannins. A fine Crianza, with a persistent finish.
Gran Reserva, Monte Araya 2016
A structured, substantial wine with lots of presence - powerful but also refined and extremely well-balanced.
