Château Meaume 'Reserve du Château', Bordeaux Superieur 2018
Château Méaume 'Réserve du Château' 2018 is drinking beautifully now as it approaches full maturity after 5+ years in bottle. This wine has very rightly been a favourite of ours and FromVineyardsDirect customers for many years now, and since 1980 has been impeccably made by the Johnson-Hill family amidst lovely countryside just outside the Pomerol and Saint-Émilion appellations.
From predominantly Merlot's 50-year-old low yielding vines, their 2018 is a rich, concentrated, classic-styled claret made in one of the finest Bordeaux vintages. The 'Réserve du Château', made in much smaller quantities, will drink well for many years to come and in our view is significantly superior to the more widely distributed Château Méaume.

We aim to deliver your wines within our standard 1 to 4 working days. 90% of orders are delivered within 48 hours. There are certain wines which are on a pre-order status and these are clearly marked on the product themselves and at the checkout stage. Deliveries take place between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
