Christmas Wine List Suggested

In a sheltered valley at the foot of Monte Amiato, the highest mountain in Tuscany, the wines benefit from the very rich mineral soil of this extinct volcano.  

Michel Guilleminot Blanc de Noirs comes from the very south of Champagne in the beautiful Vallee de l'Aube. A lovely single grower champagne made by the 4th generation Guilleminot family.

A soft, rich wine with a touch of minerality. The blend is 65% merlot, 33% cabernet sauvignon with a touch of petite verdot.

Gorgeously rich, full-bodied on the palate with balanced length that is freshened with a final lick of brisk, elegant, invigorating acidity.

Château Ramafort is in cracking form. The Cru Bourgeois estate, once belonged to Château Lafite. A 50/50 blend of cabernet sauvignon and merlot.

This is from a classic Chablis vintage for the best growers, according to Decanter Magazine. Delicious already and will get even better.
