2023 Minuty Prestige Rosé, Côtes-de-Provence
A meticulous blend of selected grenache (70%), syrah (15%), rolle (vermentino, 10%) and cinsault (5%) fruit from both estate terroirs and the greater AOP. Controlled temperatures at vinification harness full aromatic potential while extracting a subtle spectrum of delicate flavours. The result is sheer, intensely flavoured elegance that is supreme with sushi, grilled sardines, stuffed Provençal vegetables and in all seafood combinations
