Michel Guilleminot Blanc de Noirs comes from the very south of Champagne in the beautiful Vallee de l'Aube. A lovely single grower champagne made by the 4th generation Guilleminot family.

Delicately aromatic with citrus, blossom and white peach notes alongside honeysuckle. The palate is fresh with apple and peach fruit, notes of hazelnut and a long, persistent finish.

Magical claret from one of the two greatest vintages since 1945 and 1961 and now quite rare to find on market.

Unoaked and fermented in steel tanks to preserve freshness, this is a deliciously fruit forward style. A rounded pallet of green apples and citrus notes are balanced by zippy acidity.

A lively, cherry and red berry-scented pinot, with a soft, rounded palate full of black cherry and blackcurrant flavours.
