• Do I need to sign up?

  If you create a FromVineyardsDirect customer account, you'll automatically be enrolled in the Rewards Programme at no extra cost.

• How do I earn Reward Points?

  You'll earn Reward Points in the following ways:

  Activity	Reward
  Spend £1 on qualifying purchases	2 Reward Points
  First qualifying purchase	2,000 Reward Points
  Leave an approved product or service review	100 Reward Points

  We may also offer bonus Reward Point promotions from time to time.

• What are my Reward Points worth?

  It's simple:

  100 Reward Points = £1 to spend.

  For example:

  · 500 Reward Points = £5

  · 1,000 Reward Points = £10

  · 2,500 Reward Points = £25

• Where can I spend my Reward Points?

  Reward Points can be redeemed against eligible products purchased from FromVineyardsDirect, either online or when ordering by telephone.

• Can I use Reward Points with other offers?

  In most cases, yes.

  However, from time to time certain promotions or products may be excluded. If this applies, we'll let you know before you complete your purchase.

• How are Reward Points calculated?

  Reward Points are calculated on the total purchase value after any discounts have been applied.

  Reward Points are not awarded on:

  · Delivery charges

  · Cancelled or refunded purchases

  If you redeem Reward Points on an order, those are deducted before new Reward Points are calculated.

• Why didn't I receive as many Reward Points as I expected?

  Reward Points are awarded on the eligible purchase value after any discounts have been applied.

  Delivery charges, cancelled or refunded purchases do not qualify for Reward Points, and any Reward Points redeemed against an order are deducted before new Reward Points are calculated.

• When will my Reward Points appear?

  Purchase Reward Points are normally added automatically once your order has been completed.

  Reward Points for reviews are added once your review has been approved.

• How do I check my Reward Points balance?

  Simply sign in to your FromVineyardsDirect account to view your current Reward Points balance.

  Alternatively, our Customer Services team will be happy to help.

• Do my Reward Points expire?

  No.

  Your Reward Points will remain on your account for as long as your customer account remains open.

  If your account is closed, any unused Reward Points will be forfeited.

• What happens if I return or cancel an order?

  If an order is cancelled or refunded, any Reward Points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.

  If you redeemed Reward Points against the order, your Reward Points balance will be adjusted accordingly.

• Can I transfer my Reward Points to someone else?

  No.

  Reward Points are personal to your FromVineyardsDirect account and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.

• Can I earn Reward Points when ordering by telephone?

  Yes.

  As long as your order is placed using your registered FromVineyardsDirect customer account, you'll earn Reward Points in exactly the same way as ordering online.

  You can also redeem Reward Points when placing telephone orders.

• Do I earn Reward Points on delivery charges?

  No.

  Reward Points are not awarded on delivery charges.

• Do I earn Reward Points on VAT?

  Yes.

  Reward Points are earned on the total purchase value, including VAT, after any discounts have been applied.

• Why was my review not awarded Reward Points?

  To receive Reward Points, reviews must:

  · relate to a genuine purchase;

  · be honest and original; and

  · comply with our review guidelines.

  Reviews that are offensive, misleading, inappropriate or otherwise breach our guidelines may not qualify.

• Can FromVineyardsDirect change the Rewards Programme?

  Yes.

  From time to time we may update how the Rewards Programme works, introduce bonus promotions or change the number of Reward Points awarded.

  Any significant changes will always be published on our website.
