A crisp white made from 100% rolle (a.k.a. vermentino) and one where the ever-so-subtle, invigorating spritz of pétillance on the palate bursts with refreshing flavours of fresh pear, apple and white peach. One for summer, absolutely and featured as “wine of the week” last month in critic Tom Cannavan’s Wine Pages.

How does the wine taste? Customer Reviews (0)
The delicate spritz abounds with pear and apple aromas, a sweet lemon twist and burst of citrus zest. This is not a sparkler in the classic sense but a much welcomed, modern white wine where a gentle, invigorating effervescence gives way to fresh, summery aromas and flavours of white flower and orchard fruit that go on and on.
