Michel Guilleminot Blanc de Noirs comes from the very south of Champagne in the beautiful Vallee de l'Aube. A lovely single grower champagne made by the 4th generation Guilleminot family.
Gorgeously rich, full-bodied on the palate with balanced length that is freshened with a final lick of brisk, elegant, invigorating acidity.
A blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Mourvèdre, it has scrumptious chewy, ripe fruit, a touch of salinity thanks to cooling sea breezes, and a long, fresh finish.

Pouilly-Fuissé is the finest appellation of the Mâcon. A delicious wine from the excellent 2024 vintage - ripe and inviting flavours; intense citrus combined with more tropical fruits.
A lovely pale salmon pink with aromas of delicate white summer fruits. It's fresh and crisp with a hint of strawberries and cream.
