This delicious family grower champagne is made in the Aube valley in the far south of the Champagne region by the fourth generation of the Guilleminot family. ‘Brut Tradition Blanc de Noirs’ is made only from the glorious pinot noir grape and is aged three years on its lees before being released. This is a high-class ‘Récoltant-Manipulant’ Champagne which means they grow all their own grapes and bottle all their own wines, ensuring great character, provenance and individuality. It eclipses many of the more expensive Grandes Marques and has harvested many positive press comments.
