Dense ruby/purple and still youthful and exuberant, with oodles of cassis and incense, the 2005 Lafon-Rochet is medium to full-bodied, with ripe tannin and a long finish.

Dark garnet hue. Bright and lifted with leafy, blackcurrant notes and a hint of liquorice. Smooth attack with a greater density of fruit. Tannins just that bit silkier
