If you don’t like any bottle, for whatever reason, please let us know and we will happily either replace the wine, or refund you the cost paid. Faulty or unenjoyable bottles of any description, reported within six months of purchasing will be refunded without question or delay. We aim to deliver your wines within our standard 1 to 4 working days. 90% of orders are delivered within 48 hours. There are certain wines which are on a pre-order status and these are clearly marked on the product themselves and at the checkout stage. Deliveries take place between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Great fun way to enjoy wine and save some money too. I've bought a couple of these now. Opening it is like unwrapping a birthday present from a distant aunt. Some lovely surprises, a couple of "oohs and ahhs" and maybe one or two feigned smiles of gratitude (having to pretend to enjoy New World wine) All super wines. Some with a fair bit of bottle age, but all have been kept in pristine conditions and are drinking well. Others that might be kept aside for a short time. Buy!
