Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of FromVineyardsDirect, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

  • Customers will receive one (1) automatic entry into the prize draw for every £100 (one hundred pounds) spent with FromVineyardsDirect between 00:00 on 23rd October 2025 and 23:59 on 12th December 2025.
  • Entries are cumulative: for example, a total spend of £300 would earn three (3) entries. There is no maximum limit on entries earned via purchases.
  • A free method of entry is available. To enter without making a purchase, visit www.fromvineyardsdirect.com/prize-draw and complete the online entry form. Only one (1) free entry per person will be accepted.
  • Each valid entry, whether earned via purchase or submitted through the free entry method, will be treated equally in the prize draw and have an equal chance of winning.
  • Automated, bulk, or third-party entries will be disqualified.

3. The Prize

  • There is one (1) prize: a single bottle of wine, 1970 Château Palmer, Cru Classé Margaux (Magnum) – worth £750.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
  • FromVineyardsDirect reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond its control.

4. Draw and Winner Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries (both purchase and free entries) received by 23:59 on 12th December 2025.
  • The draw will take place on or before 15th December 2025.
  • The winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided during entry within 5 working days of the draw.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, FromVineyardsDirect reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. Publicity

  • By entering the prize draw, participants agree that FromVineyardsDirect may publish their first name and county on its website and social media channels if they win. If you do not wish for your name to be published, please inform us when accepting the prize.

6. General Terms

  • By entering, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • FromVineyardsDirect reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
  • FromVineyardsDirect reserves the right to disqualify entries that breach these Terms and Conditions or attempt to manipulate the promotion.
  • The decision of FromVineyardsDirect regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.

7. Data Protection

  • Your personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purposes of administering this prize draw, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy, available at www.fromvineyardsdirect.com/privacy-policy.htm.
  • Your data will not be used for marketing purposes unless you have given explicit consent.

8. Governing Law

  • This prize draw and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
