Reward Points Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the FromVineyardsDirect Rewards Programme ("Rewards Programme").
By creating a customer account at www.fromvineyardsdirect.com, you are automatically enrolled in the Rewards Programme and agree to these Terms.
FromVineyardsDirect reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Rewards Programme at any time in accordance with these Terms.
1. Membership
1.1 Participation in the Rewards Programme is automatic and free for customers who create a registered account at www.fromvineyardsdirect.com.
1.2 Customers must be aged 18 years or over.
1.3 Reward Points are linked to your FromVineyardsDirect customer account. Only one customer account is permitted per individual, and Reward Points cannot be transferred between accounts. Reward Points are only awarded on eligible purchases made while you are signed in to your registered customer account. Purchases made using guest checkout or without signing in are not eligible to earn Reward Points, and Reward Points will not be awarded retrospectively.
1.4 We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate participation where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or the Rewards Programme has been used fraudulently or abused.
1.5 Participation in the Rewards Programme is separate from your marketing preferences. You do not need to opt in to receive marketing communications in order to earn or redeem Reward Points.
2. Earning Reward Points
Customers may earn Reward Points ("Reward Points" or "Points") through the following eligible activities:

2.1 Reward Points are awarded on eligible purchases made online at www.fromvineyardsdirect.com, by telephone, by email or by post, provided the order is placed using your registered customer account.
2.2 An eligible purchase means a completed purchase made using your registered customer account. Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent orders do not qualify.
2.3 Reward Points are calculated on the total purchase value after discounts have been applied and after any Reward Points have been redeemed. Delivery charges, cancelled purchases and refunded purchases do not earn Reward Points.
2.4 Reward Points are calculated automatically by our systems. The number of Reward Points awarded may differ from a simple calculation based on the order total shown on your invoice, as Reward Points are calculated on the eligible purchase value after discounts have been applied and excluding any non-qualifying items.
3. Product and Service Reviews
3.1 Customers will receive 100 Reward Points for each approved product or service review.
3.2 Reviews must:
- relate to a genuine purchase;
- be honest and original; and
- comply with our review guidelines.
3.3 Reviews containing offensive, unlawful, misleading or otherwise inappropriate content may be rejected and no Reward Points will be awarded.
3.4 Review Reward Points are credited once the review has been approved.
3.5 FromVineyardsDirect reserves the right to withhold or remove Reward Points where a review is subsequently found to breach these Terms or our review guidelines.
4. Redeeming Reward Points
4.1 Reward Points may be redeemed against eligible purchases made through FromVineyardsDirect.
4.2 The current redemption value is:
100 Reward Points = £1.00
4.3 Reward Points may be redeemed against eligible products available at www.fromvineyardsdirect.com.
4.4 Reward Points cannot be redeemed against:
- delivery charges; or
- any products or services specifically excluded from time to time.
4.5 Orders placed by telephone using your registered customer account are eligible both to earn and redeem Reward Points.
4.6 Reward Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred or sold to another person.
5. Viewing Your Reward Points Balance
5.1 Your Reward Points balance is available at any time by signing into your FromVineyardsDirect customer account.
5.2 Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Services team, who will be happy to provide your current balance.
6. When Reward Points Are Added
Subject to any verification that may be required:
- Purchase Reward Points are normally credited automatically once your eligible order has been completed.
- Review Reward Points are credited once the submitted review has been approved.
FromVineyardsDirect reserves the right to delay the awarding of Reward Points where additional verification is required.
7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 If a purchase that earned Reward Points is cancelled, refunded or returned, the corresponding Reward Points will be deducted from your account where appropriate.
7.2 Where Reward Points have been redeemed against a purchase that is subsequently refunded or cancelled, FromVineyardsDirect reserves the right to adjust your Reward Points balance accordingly.
7.3 If an adjustment results in a negative Reward Points balance, FromVineyardsDirect reserves the right to offset that balance against future Reward Points earned.
8. Expiry of Reward Points
8.1 Reward Points do not expire while your FromVineyardsDirect customer account remains open.
8.2 If your customer account is closed, any unused Reward Points will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
9. Promotional Reward Point Offers
9.1 From time to time, FromVineyardsDirect may offer promotional Reward Point bonuses or other incentives.
9.2 Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are subject to these Terms and may be amended, withdrawn or replaced at any time.
10. Fraud and Misuse
FromVineyardsDirect reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in the Rewards Programme and remove Reward Points where we reasonably believe a customer has:
- created multiple customer accounts;
- attempted to obtain Reward Points fraudulently;
- manipulated or abused the Rewards Programme;
- submitted fraudulent or misleading reviews; or
- otherwise breached these Terms.
Our decisions under these Terms will be made reasonably and in good faith.
11. System Errors
FromVineyardsDirect reserves the right to correct any Reward Points credited, deducted or redeemed in error, including where Reward Points have been awarded as a result of technical issues, system faults, administrative mistakes or human error.
Where reasonably possible, customers will be notified if a material adjustment is made to their Reward Points balance.
12. Changes to the Rewards Programme
FromVineyardsDirect reserves the right to:
- amend these Terms;
- change the number of Reward Points awarded for eligible activities;
- change the redemption value of Reward Points;
- introduce, amend or withdraw promotional offers;
- change the products eligible for earning or redeeming Reward Points; or
- suspend or discontinue the Rewards Programme.
Any material changes will be published at www.fromvineyardsdirect.com. Changes will apply prospectively and will not affect Reward Points that have already been redeemed.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FromVineyardsDirect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in the Rewards Programme.
14. Privacy
Any personal information processed in connection with the Rewards Programme will be handled in accordance with the FromVineyardsDirect Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Rewards Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Full details of the Rewards Programme are contained within these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between this summary and the full Terms & Conditions, the full Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
