Rock Angel Rosé, Château d'Esclans, Provence 2020 (Magnum)
It is a serious rosé more akin to a good white Burgundy. Hand crafted entirely by Château D'Esclans, Rock is partly barrel fermented to add richness and texture, and made in small quantities. It has magnificent subtle fresh fruit flavours, just the right amount of body and a long fine finish. An exquisite rosé if ever there was one.
