In a sheltered valley at the foot of Monte Amiato, the highest mountain in Tuscany, the wines benefit from the very rich mineral soil of this extinct volcano.  

The wine is a celebration of the mysterious processes that occur within the bottle after the barrel. This is a cut above the other brilliant wines of Potentino.

One of Tuscany's oldest producers using the region's ancient "Governo" method by which dried grapes are added to the ferment to enhance color, body, texture, fragrance and power.
