"The 2011 Pinotage Stellenbosch, which sees around 80% new oak, has a tightly wound bouquet at the moment, the aromatics that will need time to subsume the wood. The palate is supple on the entry with fine acidity. There is good depth here with a crisp, orange-rind-tinged finish, touches of Moroccan spice lingering on the finish that is beginning to fully assimilate the new wood. Great potential here."
