New safeguarding measures, same service from FromVineyardsDirect

FromVineyardsDirect is pleased to be able to report that we’ve experienced no cases of COVID-19 amongst our workforce, and that recent events have had little impact on our capacity to deliver products and services to our customers.
The well-being of our colleagues and partners is paramount. We’ve implemented a heightened cleaning regime across our sites and are working with all staff to ensure very high standards of hygiene are maintained and that precautionary measures are taken should anyone feel unwell at any point. All of our sales, logistics and marketing teams are now working remotely; and our warehouse is operating a “closed circle” policy, where we have no physical contact with any third parties; and strict social distancing measures are in place with the small team that work here. We now receive a single large delivery a day, and send a single large collection for onward delivery by our partners, APC – both operated in a tightly controlled manner.
Rest assured, we are well stocked with wine and packaging, and are communicating closely with our logistics partners every day. We will continue to monitor developments carefully and will take on board the advice provided by the government, which of course is developing on a daily basis.
You won’t need to come into contact with our couriers, as they will deliver your selection to an agreed safe place, without requesting a signature.
We’re confident that we’re doing everything in our power to meet this challenge with a response that’s effective and proportionate.
We will of course keep our customers updated if our service levels are affected and thank you for your continued custom.
