A fuller, richer expression of Talmard Chardonnay
The Talmard family are among our favourite producers in the Mâconnais, and their Mâcon-Uchizy has long been one of our most popular wines from the region.
Their Mâcon-Lugny ‘Les Genièvres’ offers something a little different. A nudge fuller, riper and rounder than the Uchizy, it is a more expressive, fruit-forward style of Chardonnay, with a wonderfully generous, creamy texture balanced by plenty of freshness.
You may already know Mâcon-Lugny from some of the region's larger producers, but Talmard's is, to our minds, a considerable step up. This is impressive white Burgundy from an excellent family estate and a fine expression of Mâconnais Chardonnay.

Faulty or unenjoyable bottles of any description, reported within six months of purchasing will be refunded without question or delay. We aim to deliver your wines within our standard 1 to 4 working days. 90% of orders are delivered within 48 hours. There are certain wines which are on a pre-order status and these are clearly marked on the product themselves and at the checkout stage. Deliveries take place between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
