If you’re unfamiliar with the name, Uchizy is one of the best spots in the Mâconnais - so much so, it was eventually awarded its own village-specific appellation. Located in the very south of the Mâconnais, it's where the Talmards produce a beautifully pure, unoaked style of chardonnay. Here, stainless steel tanks are used to preserve delicate aromatics and flavours in a sumptuous white Burgundy that is perfect for any occasion.
