Château Moulin Eyquem, Côtes de Bourg 2019
This lovely relatively unknown fine claret was the favourite of many of my friends at our wine tasting in the Long Room at Lords. The vineyards of Château Moulin Eyquem date from 1597 and consist of 20 hectares on clay and lime terraces, 20 kilometres north of Bordeaux by the Garonne, looking towards the Dordogne. These are some of the oldest vineyards in the Côtes de Bourg which under the guidance of the Mostermans family, are now one of the appellation's top estates, producing high quality wines that get better with each passing year.
Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot grapes, this fine, delicious claret is even better now with six years of bottle age, and a great pleasure to have in the glass.

We aim to deliver your wines within our standard 1 to 4 working days. 90% of orders are delivered within 48 hours. There are certain wines which are on a pre-order status and these are clearly marked on the product themselves and at the checkout stage. Deliveries take place between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
