Costeval Rosé, Maison Ravoire, Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence 2024
A blend of grenache, syrah and cinsault; pale-salmon rose-hued, bursting with floral, creamy, wild strawberry aromas that lead to an exquisite palate of red fruit and lime zest that is supple, round, vivacious and crisply defined by an elegant minerality. A Provençal rosé of remarkable purity and finesse; one to pair fabulously with seafood, charcuterie, crumbly cheeses and grilled peppers.
From the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence, nestled in the sun-drenched Alpilles mountain range, just south of Avignon and west of the Sainte-Victoire, where Costeval Rosé captures the essence of Provençal elegance. Grown in rugged clay-limestone soils and cooled by the Mistral wind, Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grapes are night-harvested to lock in freshness, then gently pressed, and vinified at low temperature to preserve their vibrant character.

Faulty or unenjoyable bottles of any description, reported within six months of purchasing will be refunded without question or delay.
