Salice Salentino Riserva, Feudo Paolo Leo, Puglia 2019
Produced from Negraomaro and the lesser known Malvasia Nera local varieties, Paolos Salentino is a big, dark textured wine which is just brimming with the wonderful flavours of the Med.
Black cherry and vanilla on the nose leads on to a palate of rich dark stewed fruit and spice making it the perfect accompaniment to highly flavoured comforting meat dishes. Paolo Leo is a family producer dating back to the turn of the 20th Century who beautifully manages to combine the traditional methods of growing, manually harvesting free standing bush vines with more modern techniques in the winery to create a wine that is both as natural and as pleasurable as possible, and in this they certainly succeed.

We aim to deliver your wines within our standard 1 to 4 working days. 90% of orders are delivered within 48 hours. There are certain wines which are on a pre-order status and these are clearly marked on the product themselves and at the checkout stage. Deliveries take place between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
