Michel Guilleminot Blanc de Noirs comes from the very south of Champagne in the beautiful Vallee de l'Aube. A lovely single grower champagne made by the 4th generation Guilleminot family.

Great classic champagne house at the top of its form, still family owned. Bollinger Special Cuvee is 60% pinot noir, 25% chardonnay, 15% meunier.
